Returns:

The National Lights Company allows customers to return products within 3 days of receiving them without any questions asked.

However, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. To initiate a return, you can contact us via email at info@nationallightscompany.com or call us at 9155571168. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.

When returning the product, please ensure it is in its original packaging with all the necessary items, such as price tags, barcodes, labels, a user manual, a warranty card, and invoices.

The product should not have been installed or show any signs of wear and tear. It is mandatory to drop off the product(s) at the nearest store or warehouse. The returned products will be verified by The National Lights Company to confirm the validity of the return. If the product is damaged, no refund will be issued.

Refunds for products in good condition will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. For returned items in perfect condition, a credit note will be issued, which may take up to 2 business days.

Exchange:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact National Lights Company customer service via email at care@nationallightscompany.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be considered. After receiving your complaint, National Lights will verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint. If deemed genuine, National Lights will initiate the replacement process.

To exchange the product, you must fulfill the following conditions:

Notify National Lights Company of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will release the National Lights Company from liability for replacement.

Ensure that the products are unused.

National Lights Company will arrange for the pick-up of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product through their logistics partner. If unable to do so, National Lights Company will inform you, and you will be responsible for dispatching the product using a reputable courier in your area within one day.

Courier freight charges will be reimbursed based on consultation with the National Lights Company logistics team.

When returning the product, it should be in its original packaging with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices. It is recommended to package the return securely to prevent further damage during transit.

The returned products will undergo verification and checks by the National Lights Company to validate the complaint. If the claim is found to be illegitimate, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Once National Lights Company receives the product, the replacement will be dispatched to you within 24 hours.

Cancellation:

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, you have the option to modify the order within 24 hours, as long as the products have not been shipped.

If you wish to modify your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service number at 9155571168 or send an email to care@nationallightscompany.com with the details of the new product, including its name, color, price, and size.

If you have an account with us, you can cancel the order through your "My Orders" page. Otherwise, please email us at info@nationallightscompany.com to request a cancellation.

 

Terms and Conditions for Customers:

Please note that bulbs are not included with the purchase of our light fittings and will be charged separately. Additionally, installation services will incur an extra cost.

If you receive any damaged items, it is important to report the damages within 24 hours of delivery.

Please be aware that our warranty does not cover corrosion caused by sustained exposure to the sea breeze, the use of harsh chemicals, or the application of wet cloth or water on the product surfaces.

We recommend using a dry microfiber cloth for cleaning the product.

Unless otherwise specified, taxes on the invoice are not payable under reverse charges. Any supplies falling under reverse charges will be mentioned separately.
